From scope to handoff.

1. Agree on the page. Email your business website, services, preferred contact method, and timing. We confirm what can be delivered and the fixed price.
2. Review and revise. We prepare the draft using approved information. One revision is included before final approval.
3. Approve, pay, receive. Payment is due after you approve the completed result and before file handoff or publication. Files are delivered electronically as a download or email attachment. Publication to your hosting account requires your authorization and suitable access.

Delivery time is confirmed by email before work begins. Same-day delivery may be available when content, feedback, and access are ready. Digital delivery has no shipping charge. The pages do not guarantee leads, sales, search rankings, or appointment availability.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel before approving the completed work without charge. After approval and delivery, completed custom work is not automatically refundable for a change of mind. If we cannot deliver the agreed files or the delivered work materially differs from the accepted scope, contact us to arrange a correction or a refund for the undelivered or nonconforming work. Payment information

We provide a payment method directly when the completed work is ready for approval and handoff. Do not send card numbers or bank credentials by email. If card checkout is provided, payment details are entered on the payment provider’s secure checkout rather than on this website.

Content and ownership

You must have permission to use the business name, text, images, and other materials you supply. You approve service claims, pricing, contact destinations, and final content before publication. Delivery includes the portable page files; rights in third-party materials remain subject to their applicable terms.

Privacy.

The public concept request builders run in your browser. They do not submit form content, create a booking, or store customer details on a Kiitos server. If you choose to email Kiitos, we use the information you send to discuss and fulfill your request, communicate with you, and maintain business records. Do not include sensitive customer information in a concept preview.

We do not sell project contact information or run advertising analytics on these pages. Hosting and payment providers may process technical or transaction information needed to provide their services. Contact jagadesh@kiitosllc.com with a privacy request or to stop marketing messages.
